Founded in 2003, the SBG LUTECE group has developed a real estate branch with LUTETIA PROMOTION over the last 7 years. Distinguished in its sector for its quality, the group expanded its business scope in 2022 by leveraging its local networks and experience to launch a new branch dedicated to energy projects, named SBG ENERGIES.
SBG ENERGIES contributes to the creation of energy and digital projects, including the construction of electric cable manufacturing factories, data centers, and the installation of photovoltaic power stations."
OUR VALUES
Developing industrial sites for energy production involves a complex and collaborative effort that encompasses local communities, targeted land, investors, and operators. In pursuing optimal efficiency for our projects, we prioritize sustainability from the get-go. This includes conducting feasibility studies with a focus on minimizing our carbon footprint, incorporating renewable energy production, and harnessing waste heat for additional uses.

SBG ENERGIES offers to support future investors and operators of energy sites in developing projects in France and internationally. Our company can provide access to land identified in collaboration with local municipalities and landowners. We assist investors through the process of obtaining a construction permit, free of any legal challenges, or in the case of a sale, offer a "turnkey" solution. The lands we have identified in France are suitable for constructing data centers with capacities ranging from 5 to 100 Megawatts in the Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, and Seine-et-Marne departments. Internationally, the company has established a presence in Turkey, Central Africa, and West Africa.
Urban Integration
Our initiatives are launched in collaboration with local municipalities, considering their energy needs and various geopolitical, urban, and social constraints. This includes developing urban planning strategies that meet the specific requirements of the cities.
Technological choices
Our technological proposals align the expectations of the cities hosting our projects with the most efficient and site-appropriate technical solutions. For energy-intensive server cooling, we prioritize systems like "water-cooling" or "immersion-cooling." These cooling methods, combined with plate heat exchangers, can contribute to urban heating or power public facilities such as swimming pools, schools, and gyms.
Sovereignty and security
Our projects cater to both active and passive security needs. Our data center sites meet at least a "Tier Three" classification. Establishing these facilities in France not only strengthens national sovereignty but also ensures that the chosen locations comply with environmental standards and are free from known natural risks.
